What is your cancellation policy?
In case of a reservation cancellation up to one month prior to your booking: full refund guaranteed.
In case of a reservation cancellation up to one week prior to your booking: 75% of the full amount will be refunded.
In case of a reservation cancellation one week or less prior to your booking: No refund.
What if it rains?
Regardless of the weather, you;ll have a pleasant experience. With a retractable cover and onboard umbrellas, we're prepared for rain. If heavy rain persists, we're open to rescheduling your journey for the best canal experience.
What catering options do you have?
All boats offer a well-stocked bar featuring beers, wines, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. With prior notice, we can also arrange a delightful snack platter or other catering options from our local partners for your cruise. Please note that these require pre-ordering.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Sure, you're welcome to bring your own food! We kindly request avoiding items that could potentially stain the deck or couches. As we offer a wide variety of drinks on our boats, we encourage you to utilize our onboard bar. If you prefer to bring your own drinks, a corkage fee of €15 per person will apply.
Can I bring my pet?
While we adore animals, we can't guarantee that all guests will feel the same, so pets are not permitted on our shared cruises. However, on our private cruises, pets are welcome, as long as you bring a suitable mat for them to sit on.
