Cancellation Policy
We only accept cancellations until 24 hours before departure. If the weather is too bad to cruise we will cancel when Waternet, the local authority, will inform us to cancel. When weather conditions are bad in the rest of the country we can not cancel when the conditions are good in Amsterdam.
Good to Know
Please show up 10-15 minutes prior to your tour time. The dock is a private wooden dock in front of the H'ART Museum. There are no signs of our company.
